Admission to Three Years Law Course

A candidate passing the Bachelor’s Degree Examination of any of the Indian Universities, in any faculty with minimum 45% marks or corresponding degree examination of any other University recognized as equivalent there to by the MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly with the minimum prescribed marks is eligible for admission to the First Year LL. B. The above percentage of marks shall be relaxed by 5 % for candidates belonging to the reserved Categories.

Admission is given strictly on merit.

Admission to the 5 Year Law Course.

A candidate passing the (10+2) examination conducted by the State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, with minimum 45% marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the MJPRU Bareilly with the minimum prescribed marks is eligible for admission to the first Year of pre law course. The above percentage of marks shall be relaxed by 5% for the candidates belonging to reserve categories.

Intake Policy

At present 120 students each for Two Course of Fiver Year Courses (LLB).Out of the total Seats 100% will be filled by the Government quota. At present 120 students for Three Years LLB Course. Out of the total Seats 100% will be filled by the Government quota.

Moot Court

In addition to the Practical Training with an idea of developing the skills of legal writing and Advocacy the Institute has established a Moot Court society. The main objective of this Society is to encourage and equip the Students to participate national and International Moot Court Competitions.
